Punk Baby Clothes And A Personality
I find it a bit tough to talk about random stuff on here. On one side I want to have an avenue to vent my frustrations and to talk about the day to day stuff here at Crazy Baby. On the other hand, I want to maintain a level of professionalism for those customers that stumble into my blog for the first time. Over the past week there were several times where I wanted to talk about some of the things that were going on inside our company. In retrospect, it’s probably best that I kept my mouth shut.
I have nothing but the utmost respect for all of my competitors. With that being said, I still firmly believe we are on a level far and above those competitors. You’re probably thinking… “of course he’s going to say that” but the truth is I really do feel that way and not just on a products level. I think 90% of what makes a company cool or superior to it’s competitors is how they do business, how they communicate to their customers, and how they communicate to their suppliers, and competitors. I can always tell when someone is genuine or not within the first ten seconds of speaking with them. I would like to think that we convey that type of genuine personality. I mean… even having a personality as a web store is something that many of our competitors fail to convey. And then when you get them on the phone they are like speaking to a cardboard box! I don’t trust people like that.
In the three years we have been in business we have never received a complaint. I think I’ve had two punk baby clothes returns out of thousands of orders. And, both of those customers where very happy with how it was handled. Everytime someone has a question, we deal with it immediately. We have live help online most of the time and we have a phone here in the office that actually rings and that I personally usually answer. I’m always happy to help anyone who calls. We have received dozens of emails with customers telling us how much they love us too. That’s always nice. I wonder if our competitors can say this stuff?
If you ever have anything you want to ask, talk about, complain about, or whatever… give me a shout. I’d love to hear from you!

My husband and I are in Iraq. Our daughter Ember is 7mths old. I wanted to find something special to remind her of us and then I found the rock lullabye cd’sI. I ordered them from another site though I had not found this one yet. My parents preached about how important classical music was for our daughter to listen to and I know she had to hate it because while I was pregnant I listened to only rock (she loves Avenged Sevenfold) so anyhow now she has almost all of the rock lullabye cds and my parents love them too. Metallica is her favorite cd.
